Job Description:
Mass Production Order management against vendor (Release/Confirm/Delivery/Replan/Cancel)
Inventory management (Excess/Dead Stock/Postpone/Cancellation)
ECO management
KPIs management: OTS (On Time Supply) / DFE (Demand Flex Efficiency) / DIO (Days Inventory Outstanding)
Daily operational issues like email/meeting
RMA support on raw material quality issue
Support Financial on supplier invoice commercial issue
Shortages handling/solving/escalation
Support sourcing on supplier scorecard for good supplier relationship management
Purchasing process training for new employees
Other task assigned by managers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree on Electronics / Electrical or mechanical engineering
At least 3 years’ practical experience in Electronics industry, Min. 2 years in procurement/or partial sourcing position in a complex global environment.
Good understanding and rich knowledge on the Electronics components category/electronic manufacturing process/procurement principles & procedures, and global sourcing channel.
Familiar with ERP system like SAP, computer office skills, experience in EMS industry is preferred
Good Strategic and analytical skill.
Excellent project management skill.
Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent teamwork skills – ability to work in cross-functional groups, preferably multi-national.
Strong trouble shooting ability.
Lean knowledge / experience is a plus
